Booking Appointments

To ensure quality service for all our clients, all appointments for services are guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellations Policy

We require a minimum of 12 – 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If you fail to call or show, we will assess a fee charged to your credit card.

Late Policy

Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 10 mins provided we hear from you. If you are more than 10 mins late the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount plus late fee will be charged
