Appointment Policy

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time for a single appointment & 72 hours for appointments of 4 guests or more.

Missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments made outside of the designated timeframe will be charged 100% of the services reserved.

Service Guarantee

While refunds are not provided, we offer a guarantee of our extended wear polish for five days and gel or extensions for seven days. We aim to prevent any chips or lifting within these timeframes and assure a complimentary repair should these issues arise. However, nail chipping or lifting may happen due to various factors such as individual nail types, oily nails, longer nails, or lifestyle. If you experience premature lifting or chipping, please reach out to us via text or phone call and our team will promptly address it.

If nail art and add ons are not previously booked we may not be able to service however we will always do our best to accommodate.
